What you’ll own as the Sales Development Representative
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools).
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential fit for our products/services.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $24.47-$36.08. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
