About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing & Communication Manager to support brand development in Japan.
This role will drive and execute marketing initiatives across brand, PR, digital, and CRM, in close collaboration with HQ, while adapting to local market needs.
The position requires a practical and flexible approach, acting as a bridge between global strategy and local execution to enhance brand visibility, client engagement, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across brand, PR, digital, and CRM channels
- Manage brand events, activations, and collaborations with department stores and partners
- Oversee digital touchpoints including website updates, CRM (LINE, EDM), and content coordination
- Support media planning, PR activities, and relationships with press, KOLs, and agencies
- Coordinate closely with HQ on global campaigns and brand alignment
- Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality execution
- Monitor performance and provide insights to optimize marketing activities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing / communication
- Experience in luxury, retail, or premium brands preferred
- Hands-on experience across brand, PR, or digital marketing
- Business-level English
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
