Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Junior Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager will coordinate projects, monitor timelines, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include managing logistics, expediting project processes, conducting inspections, and providing project updates to stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, ensuring plans are executed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple OTT projects, taking full ownership of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery

• Facilitate projects hand-off, ensuring that the delivery team understands expectations

• Lead or facilitate pre-project technical requirements gathering and scope definition with

project stakeholders

• Assemble, assign, and direct project team and develop schedule to ensure timely

completion of project and set expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, to align

the stakeholders and team members

• Lead and supervise work of project team members (who are not direct reports);

collaborate with functional managers on resource allocation and management of staff

assigned to projects; including geographically distributed members

• Proactively anticipate and identify project risks and implement the approved actions and

workarounds required to mitigate risk events to minimize the impact to the project

• Identify and escalate issues that may impede project timelines and/or quality


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven and extensive experience in digital project management, with experience in video streaming and OTT projects preferred.
  • Must be able to work Full-Time
  • Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exposure to technology or streaming-related industries is a bonus
  • Familiarity with digital streaming technologies or related industries is a plus.
