(HQ) Business Analyst

This position, based at the Global Headquarters, is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing the company’s system-based operational processes. The role ensures that all processes are standardized, consistent, efficient, and compliant, while maintaining continuous monitoring and improvement after implementation to enhance operational effectiveness. It also includes the development of customized workflows to meet specific business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collect and analyze business and system requirements to identify process needs and improvement opportunities.
Process Design and Planning
- Design standardized workflows and developed implementation schedules to ensure process alignment and timely delivery.
Process Testing and Pilot Implementation
- Conduct process validation, perform pilot testing, and evaluate results to ensure effectiveness before full rollout.
Implementation and Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new processes.
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Oversee process performance, identify improvement areas, and implement optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors are welcome).
- CargoWise One
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Flowchart tools
Knowledge/Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process design, management, or improvement within the air, ocean freight, or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with air, ocean, logistics freight is a plus.
- Experience in using or providing training for CargoWise One.
- Experience working in cross-country teams or managing international projects.
- Develop and update process training materials and operational manuals.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for collaboration across Asia-Pacific, Americas, and Europe offices.
