We're at a pivotal scaling stage and expanding our footprint in the B2B sector. We are looking for a Sales Lead to anchor our Taiwan presence and build the framework for international expansion.

- Lead the Charge: Proactively develop and close B2B accounts (Corporate ESG leads, Procurement, Marketing).

- SOP Architect: Establish scalable, repeatable sales processes and manage our CRM to ensure long-term, sustainable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design and product teams (led by our co-founder) to turn client needs into beautiful, sustainable realities.
- The B2B Specialist: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record (MNC or global startup experience highly preferred).
- Bilingual Communicator: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English. You can pitch to a local SME or a global HQ with equal confidence.
- Strategic Hunter: You know how to use tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to find decision-makers, not just wait for leads.
- Values Aligned: You genuinely care about the circular economy and want to be part of a design-centric culture.
- Competitive Base: NT$ 1,000,000 - 1,200,000+ per annum (based on experience).
- Growth Sharing: Transparent performance-based incentives linked to company growth.

- 5 年以上 B2B 銷售經驗,具備成熟的開發紀錄(具備外商或國際新創經驗者優先)。
- 具備專業的中英文聽說讀寫能力,能自信地向在地企業或跨國總部提案。
- 擅長運用數位開發工具精準觸及決策者。
- 認同循環經濟與設計驅動的文化,並渴望透過商務開發推廣永續生活。
- 年薪 NT$ 1,000,000 - 1,200,000+(依經驗而定)。
