This is an in-person role, reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Production & Distribution
- Execute social media and email content based on strategic direction from the Marketing team
- Build, format, and schedule social media posts and newsletters using tools like Canva, SOCi and HubSpot.
- Manage creative tickets and ensure all final assets are uploaded and organized in our resource libraries.
- Prepare and distribute franchise development and consumer marketing materials, including email templates.
- Franchisee Enablement & Support
- Provide technical training and troubleshooting for franchisees on social media platforms and Canva.
- Serve as a resource for franchise owners regarding marketing execution.
- Operational Excellence & Quality Control
- Perform rigorous quality checks on all work to ensure “franchisee-ready” accuracy.
- Conduct quarterly audits and reconciliations of marketing collateral to flag and remove outdated materials.
- Adhere strictly to project management workflows to ensure multi-part tasks are completed from start to finish.
- Administrative & Logistics Support
- Provide logistical support for in office activities such as business trainings for new franchise owners
- Prepare marketing reports and handle data entry as requested to support departmental efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another related discipline
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office is required; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/Marketing automation system is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: A proven track record of delivering polished, accurate work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to move beyond task completion to independent problem-solving
- Communication: Exceptional writing and professional communication skills for both internal and franchisee-facing interactions
