The Recruiting Manager, Technology, plays a critical role within our Technology Permanent Placement staffing team, serving as both a business development leader and a trusted talent advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of technology-focused clients while identifying, recruiting, and placing full-time technology professionals across a range of technical disciplines. You will act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates—providing market insights, career guidance, and exceptional service throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and grow a book of business by generating new client relationships and expanding existing client partnerships within the technology sector
- Conduct business development activities including outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and in-person meetings
- Introduce and promote permanent placement recruiting solutions through video, phone, and face-to-face client meetings
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand organizational goals, hiring needs, and technical requirements
- Negotiate placement fees, manage offer processes, and ensure successful close of full-time placements
Recruiting & Talent Advisory
- Identify, recruit, and interview technology professionals for permanent positions across various technical domains
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and career objectives to ensure strong alignment with client needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement
- Provide consistent communication, coaching, and career guidance to candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
Service Excellence & Market Expertise
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement
- Maintain a strong understanding of technology trends, role requirements, compensation benchmarks, and hiring market dynamics
- Leverage recruiting technologies and CRM tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and drive results
- Participate in local networking events, industry associations, and professional organizations to strengthen market presence and brand awareness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Technology recruiting, permanent placement, or staffing or a technology-related field combined with a strong sales or client-facing background
- Proven track record of success in a results-driven, quota-based, or performance-oriented environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- High sense of urgency, competitiveness, and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to leverage technology, data, and tools to manage workflows and grow business performance
- Staffing or recruiting experience is preferred but not required—sales acumen and drive are critical
