- Strong experience in Project Management, particularly within IT or commercial application change and transformation projects
- Proven ability to manage application selection, evaluation, and pre-RFP processes
- Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Retail industry experience is preferred and will be considered an added advantage
- Experience working with commercial applications related to design, quoting, or business process optimization is beneficial
