Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer (Python & GCP)

We are looking for exceptional Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineers to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts in Romania.

For this position you should be able to check the following:

• Experience in web development
• Very good knowledge of OOP principles
• Experience with .NET Core & Microservices Architecture
• GCP Services: Experience specifically with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and GCP CI/CD integrations.
• Python: Proficiency in Python
• Systems Design: Actively contribute to the architecture and design of complex backend solutions, leading end-to-end feature delivery and systematically reducing toil and defects.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to author clear design docs, assist in project planning, and mentor junior engineers.
• Backend & APIs: Fluency in an object-oriented or modern backend programming language with proven experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining highly scalable RESTful APIs.
• CI/CD: Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, implementing and enforcing software development best practices.
• Architecture: Experience with event-driven architectures, transactional flows, or asynchronous tasks.
• SRE: Experience implementing robust observability, monitoring, and alerting for owned backend services, coupled with a proactive approach to incident response and operational toil reduction.

• (Nice to have): Agentic Development: Agentic development experience, including building and integrating AI agents into backend services.
• (Nice to have): Experience with Cloud Spanner, including optimizing hot paths, schema design, querying, and scaling.
• (Nice to have): Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing on Google Cloud Dataproc.
• (Nice to have): Knowledge of React and modern frontend practices to ensure smooth backend-to-frontend contracts.

A day in the life of a Full Stack .NET Software Engineer:

• Develop highly scalable enterprise systems
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure consistency in architecture and design/code practice
• Code with performance, scalability, and usability in mind
• Work on new tools in leading industry trends, with new and emerging technologies, prototypes, and engineering process improvements
• Work closely with next-generation architecture development teams using cutting-edge approaches and technologies
• Work closely with other engineers and business users in a highly collaborative environment.
