Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join a growing corporate IT team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting end users across a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripherals
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and password resets within Active Directory
• Support VPN technologies and remote access tools for hybrid/remote users
• Perform laptop imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware refresh activities
• Support mobile devices including iOS and Android phones/tablets
• Assist with basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting and escalate advanced networking issues as needed
• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset updates within the ticketing system
• Prioritize and manage multiple support requests while meeting service expectations
• Travel locally to nearby offices/sites as needed (up to 20%)

Qualifications:

• Experience in desktop support, help desk, or end-user support within a corporate environment
• Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft 365 (O365), Active Directory, Windows 11, VPN and remote access tools, Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN)
• Experience with laptop imaging and deployment processes
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
