About the Company
T2M are currently working with an award-winning managed service who recently have won another contract are now looking to build a new security cleared services team which includes 2nd and 3rd line engineers and infrastructure engineers to support EUC, desk side, infrastructure and networking projects

About you
You’ll have experience working in a security cleared environment, either with active SC or have previously been through the security vetting process, but you’ll also be a broadly skilled engineer with experience working in a busy support desk as a point of escalation for first line. Ideally you’ll have experience working with an external EUC/1st line support team and are good at extracting context for ticket resolution from technical and non technical users, using remote monitoring tools to understand, evaluate and solve technical tickets.
