We're hiring: Director of Account Executives (SMB)
Model: 4 days onsite, Arlington , Virginia
Salary: 120k base (200k OTE)
I am representing a fast-growing cybersecurity company and we're looking for an experienced sales leader to manage and grow a team of 8-12 SMB Account Executives.
This is a hands-on leadership role- you'll be coaching reps, running pipeline reviews, helping close deals, and ultimately owning your team's revenue numbers.
What you'll do:
- Coach and develop a team of world-class SMB sales professionals
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and keep forecasts tight
- Support reps in closing deals and handling objections
- Drive training, performance plans, and process improvements
- Play a real role in hiring, promoting, and developing your team
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years managing a sales team, ideally in SaaS
- Strong grasp of the full sales cycle -closing, discovery, prospecting
- A natural coach who holds people accountable with empathy
- Organised, data-driven, and clear communicator
