Job Summary:
This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives and messaging for AI-powered HR Service Delivery products. The ideal candidate will translate complex AI capabilities into clear, business-focused stories for customers and sales teams, creating impactful presentations and enablement materials. This position requires a blend of product marketing acumen, strong writing skills, and visual design proficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and narrative arcs for AI-driven HR products.
- Translate technical AI concepts into understandable business benefits for HR leaders.
- Create executive presentations, sales decks, and field enablement content.
- Partner with product management and marketing to ensure consistent voice and strategy.
- Iterate rapidly on content based on stakeholder feedback and product evolution.
- Proven experience in product messaging, positioning, and narrative development.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and a keen eye for visual design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible business language..
- AI, SaaS, HR Technology is a plus.
