Application Engineer

Position: Application Engineer

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Engineer to join their team!

Join a thriving company in growth mode, seeking talented engineers to design control circuits for water and wastewater pumps. Work in a collaborative environment, engaging with multiple teams to drive innovative solutions. This opportunity arises from internal promotions, creating a need for experienced professionals who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design panel circuitry for water and wastewater pumps
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams
• Specify component brand, model, and part numbers
• Generate commercial quotations aligning with customer requirements
• Support procurement and production teams
• Engage in customer fact-finding calls
• Guide production team on time-sensitive solutions
• Travel occasionally to other production facilities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience with electrical motor design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of NEC regulations
• Excellent communication skills in a team environment
• Ability to create schematics from customer requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Engineering degree
• Experience with HVAC pump motors
• Microsoft Office skills
• Inquisitive and self-motivated mindset
