The Role
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Representative who knows how to turn conversations into deals. This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role—you’ll be actively building relationships, chasing opportunities, and closing business.
If you like long sales cycles, technical products, and deals that actually mean something, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify new leads (yes, outbound is part of the game)
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Work closely with prospects to understand needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Follow up like a pro (because most deals are won in the follow-up)
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and delivery
- Maintain CRM discipline (if it’s not in the system, it didn’t happen)
- Represent Expandable at trade shows, site visits, and client meetings
- Be willing to do additional tasks like answering phone calls and helping colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable selling higher-ticket, solution-based products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality—you don’t need babysitting
- Ability to understand technical products (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you can’t be afraid of details either)
- Organized and process-driven
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Bonus Points
- Experience in roadshow, modular buildings, events, or industrial sales
- Existing network in relevant industries (commercial, government, disaster relief, etc.)
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
