Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, analyzing blueprints and specifications, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and assisting in project planning. The individual will also create project budgets, monitor costs, and provide recommendations to ensure projects align with financial objectives. The Estimator will play a key role in contributing to the company's commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years experience in commercial roofing estimating.
• Proficiency in preparing project estimates, analyzing blueprints, and understanding construction drawings.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with construction project planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring processes.
• Experience with roofing or construction industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
