Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Shipment Coordination – Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Data Entry & Logistics Management – Utilize inventory management systems to track product movement, update records, and ensure order accuracy.
- Team Coordination & Communication – Provide clear instructions to forklift operators and warehouse staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control & Inspections – Conduct thorough quality checks on inventory, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Process Optimization – Maintain organized workflows and troubleshoot any issues affecting warehouse operations.
- Education: One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- 1-3 years of data entry experience, preferably in logistics or inventory management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in inventory management software and logistics data entry.
- Ability to convert different weight metrics based on customer requirements.
- Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Strong numerical skills and ability to maintain precise records.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work overtime and off-shift schedules as needed.
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
