Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model.
Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Ensure the organization uses the technology to contribute to daily business operations for the present and in the future.
- Support the adoption of suitable technologies that streamline operations and enhance performance.
- Empower and build a high-performing team of technology professionals who understand the company culture, objectives, and strategies to apply expertise to address organizational concerns, challenges, risks, and opportunities related to technology and information security practices.
- Promote effective teamwork and actively eliminate impediments to collaboration between departments and between Network Health and its provider sponsors.
- Lead and inspire a talented team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability to drive high performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Partner with operations and shared services functions throughout the organization to meet business objectives, assuring an exceptional user experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of escalated issues and risks, directing the work and resource planning.
- Oversee the development of enterprise technology standards, business system development and configuration, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers value to the enterprise.
- Provide leadership in planning and managing IS product and service development.
- Negotiate, contract, and manage service level agreements with external vendors and internal Network Health departments.
- Interact with user departments to ensure that information systems meet business needs. Build relationships of influence with business unit managers. Help identify and resolve inefficiencies in business operations.
- Formulate IT policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures.
- Direct the preparation, review and consolidation of IT business plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Regularly review IT costs and cost structures for IT services and products. Ensures that financial implications of IT projects and activities are communicated to the proper IT and business executives.
- Provide leadership for business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- Ten years of progressive experience in an information systems role with five years of direct leadership experience required.
- Certified Chief Information Officer (CCIO), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Driver's License required
