- Research and identify potential customers using online tools and databases
- Make outbound sales calls and build relationships with prospective clients
- Learn how to negotiate pricing and close business opportunities
- Work closely with experienced sales and purchasing professionals
- Develop and manage a pipeline of current and prospective customers
- Utilize CRM and order management software to track activity and sales progress
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and account support
- Motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic
- Competitive mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, adaptable, and goal-oriented individuals
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Basic computer, phone, and typing skills
- Prior sales experience is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate
This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $40,000–$65,000+, depending on performance and business development success. Top performers have significant long-term income growth potential. We also offer:
