Job Title: Account Manager – BTL Marketing
Location: Noida
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in BTL Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage BTL campaigns, brand activations, and on-ground events
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting client expectations and quality standards
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to drive seamless execution
- Monitor and achieve financial and operational targets for assigned projects
- Handle end-to-end project management, including budgeting, reporting, and execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives
- Troubleshoot challenges related to timelines, vendors, and execution
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of BTL marketing and brand activations
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in BTL / experiential marketing
- Proven track record of handling brand activations and events
- Experience working with FMCG brands (preferred)
- High ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
