Account Manager – Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and generate new business

Conduct proactive policy reviews and deliver tailored, consultative recommendations

Educate clients on insurance products while identifying opportunities to expand coverage

Generate, nurture, and convert leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking

Provide responsive support to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience

Collaborate with the agency team to exceed sales goals and accelerate business growth

Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions

Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter, results-oriented approach

Active P&C and/or Life & Health license—or willingness to obtain (we’ll support you!)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
