Job Description
As a GTM Engineer — Outbound, you will be the architect of the engine that accelerates our growth over the next five years. You will design and deploy AI-native systems that source, qualify, and engage prospects at scale, transitioning our outreach from a manual motion to a sophisticated, signal-driven engine.
This is not a support function; you own mission-critical outcomes including pipeline generation and conversion rates. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working hand-in-hand with Marketing and Sales to build automated workflows that empower our customer-facing teams across the entire revenue cycle.
Please Note: This role is based in Paris and operates on a hybrid model, requiring two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Engine Development: Building and maintaining automated ICP sourcing and enrichment systems triggered by intent signals and supply chain events.
- AI Outreach Orchestration: Designing AI-generated personalization at scale, managing multi-step sequences and A/B logic that maintains a human touch.
- Performance Optimization: Creating rigorous feedback loops to measure signal-to-result metrics, ensuring continuous iteration and scaling of successful sequences.
- SDR Augmentation: Developing tools and playbooks that empower SDRs to be significantly more effective on high-touch accounts.
- GTM AI Program Expansion: Collaborating with GTM Ops to identify friction points and building automated agents for Account Executives and Customer Success.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership to translate complex business problems into resilient automated systems.
- Professional Expertise: 2–5 years of experience in GTM Ops, Growth Engineering, or Sales Automation within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Highly Autonomous: A self-directed builder who has shipped production-grade automation workflows that run reliably and unsupervised.
- Commercially Minded: A focus on business impact, prioritizing pipeline and conversion outcomes over simple task completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools (enrichment APIs, CRMs) and comfort with code (Python or JS) to build solutions beyond no-code limitations.
- Communication: Professional fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively across our international teams.
- Prior experience in SDR or outbound sales roles.
- Domain knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering in production environments.
- Proficiency in SQL.
