- Plan, organise, and execute offline investor awareness events, webinars, and workshops across multiple cities.
- Coordinate and manage online trading webinars, virtual product launches, and digital marketing events.
- Identify and establish local tie-ups with colleges, trading academies, investment clubs, and fintech communities for lead generation and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with brand goals.
- Handle vendor management, logistics, budgeting, and on-ground coordination for offline events.
- Track event performance, leads, and ROI; prepare post-event reports and suggest improvements.
- Support creative and digital teams with event communication, promotional campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude during all engagements.
What you’ll need to bring:
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or brand activations, preferably in the BFSI, fintech, or stock broking industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with travelling to different event locations as required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools will be an added advantage
