Marketing Operations Specialist (Campaign Execution) – Fortune 100 Financial Services

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist in NYC. This is a 12-month contract with strong intent to convert full-time based on performance!

This role sits inside the B2B marketing organization of a Fortune 100 financial services

company consistently ranked among the Best Places to Work in the U.S (to be

disclosed during process). You’ll execute high-visibility marketing campaigns and learn

how enterprise marketing operates at scale.

If you enjoy owning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and getting campaigns across

What you’ll work on:

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (primarily email + paid

media)

• Own project timelines from setup and QA through launch and optimization
• Partner daily with Brand, Legal, Compliance, agencies, and channel teams
• Ensure campaigns are compliant, on-time, and production-ready
• Improve workflows and execution processes across the team
