We are looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Business Analyst to support the Business Architect in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to gather requirements, model business capabilities and processes, and support the implementation of target operating models and digital transformation strategies.

Be Part Of Our Success – Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and specifications that guide development and testing teams.

• Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using industry-standard modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support automation and systemization efforts.

• Support and coordinate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business users and government clients.
• Facilitate discussions to align expectations and priorities across departments.

• Assist product managers and product owners in maintaining scope, timelines, and documentation.
• Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT readiness activities.

• Develop clear and structured business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and presentation materials.
• Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.

• Work with Product Managers, Business Architects, Solution Architects, and UX Designers to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualities We Value

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to government or large-scale enterprise projects.
• Solid experience in documenting and modeling business processes and system requirements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with BPMN and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of business architecture concepts (e.g., capability mapping) is an advantage.
