About The Role

We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — and in doing so, help train the next generation of AI models built on real-world clinical knowledge.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track, on budget, and running smoothly.

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on schedule
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study operations
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research

• Experienced in clinical trial project management — you've owned timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Comfortable managing CROs, external research partners, and cross-functional teams simultaneously
• Skilled at juggling multiple workstreams without letting the details slip
• Methodical, proactive, and confident making decisions under pressure
• Clear and effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or research evaluation workflows
• Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or medical affairs

• Work on cutting-edge AI and healthcare research projects alongside world-leading research labs
