The Junior Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for reviewing and auditing employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies. This role supports travelers by answering questions related to expense submissions, travel guidelines, reimbursements, and system usage while helping maintain accurate and timely processing of expense reports.
Key responsibilities include reviewing expense documentation, identifying policy exceptions, following up on missing information, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer support.
Main Job Duties:
• Audit and review employee expense reports for policy compliance (Concur)
• Verify receipts, supporting documentation, and expense coding accuracy
• Identify out-of-policy expenses and communicate required corrections
• Provide support to employees regarding travel and expense policies
• Assist travelers with system-related questions (Concur / SAP)
• Follow up on missing documentation or approval issues
• Maintain accurate records and reporting metrics
• Escalate exceptions or compliance concerns when necessary
• Ensure all deadlines and processing frequencies are met to prevent delayed payments.
• Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and prioritize and manage time eectively
• Develops and maintains positive, professional attitude and delivers outstanding service for both
internal/external customers.
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or at least 2 years of work experience in accounting administrative areas.
Qualifications:
• Highly detail/analytical oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• MS Oice (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP preferred
• Teamwork

• Experience with Concur and SAP: A strong plus, though not mandatory.
