We are currently seeking a full-time PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team at our Midvale, UT location.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results
• Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Creating personalized fitness-orientated health care programs for patients
• Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics and ways to promote physical health
• Documenting patient care history
• Complying with rules, regulations and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current State license
• Compliant with State regulatory requirements
• DPT from an accredited educational institution
