As Store Manager of Zara Home Zurich, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store. Acting as a true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead teams, and ensure visual excellence and a premium customer experience, in full compliance with Zara Home and Inditex standards.


Key Responsibilities


Commercial Leadership & Performance

  • Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
  • Analyze KPIs and implement action plans
  • Optimize stock management and merchandise flow
  • Ensure alignment between commercial performance and product presentation


Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with Zara Home VM standards
  • Lead the installation of collections and seasonal changes
  • Guarantee an inspiring, consistent, and sales-driven product presentation
  • Train and develop teams on VM fundamentals
  • Work closely with Visual Merchandiser teams and the Area Manager to adapt guidelines to the local market


Management & Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Recruit, train, and support talent development
  • Organize schedules while optimizing productivity
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented work environment


Customer Experience

  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Zara Home universe
  • Be present on the shop floor and lead by example
  • Handle customer complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approach
  • Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction


Operational Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and local regulations
  • Guarantee the overall store standards (organization, cleanliness, and presentation)
  • Oversee inventories and loss prevention
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and support teams


Profile Required

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail
  • Strong product sensitivity and aesthetic awareness (home & décor environment)
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to engage and unite teams
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong business mindset
  • High level of autonomy, reactivity, and ability to manage priorities
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Flexible availability (weekends and peak activity periods)
