Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie Machen Werden

• Weiterentwicklung, Optimierungen und Pflege der modulspezifischen Prozesse und Messmethoden sowie Fehleranalysen bei Prozessabweichungen
• Unterstützung der Produktion bei Problemen in der Prozessanlagenqualifikation
• Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozessüberwachung
• Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Unterstützung in der Ausbildung von Produktionsmitarbeitern sowie die Betreuung im Reinraum von Auszubildenden

• Technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Mikrotechnologen (m/w/d), physikalisch-, chemisch-technische Assistenten (m/w/d) oder langjährige Berufserfahrung als Operator im Modul
• Erfahrung in der Einrichtung von technischen Anlagen sowie in der Bearbeitung von Versuchen und Messaufträgen ist wünschenswert
• Interesse an Datenanalysen, idealerweise Kenntnisse in Process-Control- und Analysesoftware
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Engagement und hohe Eigeninitiative
• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
• Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What You Will Be Doing

• Further development, optimization, and maintenance of module-specific processes and measurement methods, as well as error analysis in the event of process deviations
• Supporting production in resolving issues related to process equipment qualification
• Implementing and further developing process monitoring
• Creating and maintaining documentation and work instructions
• Assisting in the training of production staff and supervising trainees in the cleanroom

• Technical training, preferably as a microtechnologist (m/f/d), physical or chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), or extensive professional experience as an operator in the module
• Experience in setting up technical equipment and in conducting experiments and measurement tasks is desirable
• Interest in data analysis, ideally with knowledge of process control and analysis software
• Good command of German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Structured and independent work style, commitment, and a high degree of initiative
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a confident demeanor
• High sense of quality and responsibility
