The Role – More Than Operations As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of corporate and franchise restaurants across Melbourne, VIC. You’ll work closely with Franchise Partners and Restaurant Leaders to lift performance, build capability, and create experiences that give amigos a reason to return. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend time in restaurants, coaching teams, strengthening culture, and bringing the brand to life on the ground. What You’ll Own

• Bring Por El Sabor to life across every restaurant, embedding a strong hospitality-first mindset
• Coach Franchise Partners and Restaurant Leaders to lead with energy, accountability, and consistency
• Drive performance across sales, labour, and profitability while maintaining a strong people focus
• Build capability and develop future leaders across your region
• Support new restaurant openings and key brand initiatives
• Uphold standards across food safety, quality, and brand execution
• Partner with teams to deliver local marketing that connects with the community
• Collaborate with the wider business to turn strategy into action in restaurants

About You You’re a leader people want to follow. You’ve likely led multi-site teams in hospitality or retail and are confident working with both Franchise Partners and corporate teams.
