Profile description:

- Solid experience in software engineering, with a background in developing or maintaining production-grade systems and a strong grasp of the end-to-end software development lifecycle;

- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI, Cursor, Cody, Claude Code, or similar;

- Experience working with common engineering tools and platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Terraform, and multi-language environments (Java, .NET, TypeScript, Python, etc.);

- Comfortable working closely with developers, contributing to technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, and supporting improvements in engineering practices;

- Experience producing structured technical content, including documentation, best practices, tutorials, or internal knowledge-sharing materials;

- Strong interest in developer experience, engineering efficiency, and continuous improvement of development workflows;

- Good understanding of modern software ecosystems, including APIs, architectural patterns, CI/CD pipelines, observability, infrastructure, and governance practices;

- Familiarity with AI concepts applied to development, such as prompt engineering, large language models, and agent-based workflows;

- Knowledge of workflow automation tools and internal platforms (e.g., N8N or similar) is a plus;

- Fluency in English (mandatory).
