Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to join our fast-growing fintech organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about building scalable processes that support business growth.

  • Data Monitoring & Insight
  • Oversee real-time monitoring of operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and risks
  • Translate data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across business functions
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance data visibility and reporting infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and standardize end-to-end SOPs across the fintech lifecycle (onboarding, KYC, transaction processing, compliance, customer support)
  • Ensure operational workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices
  • Regularly audit and refine SOPs to adapt to evolving regulatory and market conditions
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide operational enablement, ensuring smooth client onboarding and transaction execution
  • Develop tools, processes, and playbooks that empower sales to meet and exceed targets
  • Act as a bridge between sales, product, and operations to resolve bottlenecks and enhance customer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL, Excel, BI dashboards)
  • Proven track record of developing SOPs and scaling operational processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of fintech regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices is a plus
