Sales Development Representative

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced English Sales Development Representative. This role focuses on introducing our business partner and their service to potential customers, so experience in handling cold calls, emails, and experience with CRM software is beneficial. You will need to be motivated, have a can-do attitude, be able to follow instructions, be detail oriented and hungry for success.

MUST BE LOCATED IN MACEDONIA!

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 17:00 PM

Working Conditions:

Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with cold leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.
• Be persistent and follow up respectfully with the leads.
• Schedule appointments with potential clients.
• Managing the cold and warm leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM and Sales systems.
• Be able to perform under pressure and meet your monthly KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators)
• Present weekly/monthly reports

Requirements

• Reside in Macedonia
• Experience in sales involving long closing cycles.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office / Google Tools familiarity with LinkedIn for business use.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Attention to detail is a must.
