Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an addition to our existing CRM team. Responsible for managing & executing CRM strategies for our iGaming operation with a main goal to improve customer engagement and retention. The role includes customer segmentation, campaign execution, performance analysis, and collaboration with different teams to drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create, execute and optimize CRM campaigns from scratch using all channels, such as Email, SMS, Push, recorded calls, and more.
- Create and execute automated customers journeys
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and maintain customer data (creating and crediting bonuses)
- Collaborate with sport manager and design team to create campaigns for customers across multiple channels

We require:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in CRM,
- Marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Knowledge of email marketing/email campaigns
- iGaming knowledge is always a plus!
