Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an addition to our existing CRM team. Responsible for managing & executing CRM strategies for our iGaming operation with a main goal to improve customer engagement and retention. The role includes customer segmentation, campaign execution, performance analysis, and collaboration with different teams to drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create, execute and optimize CRM campaigns from scratch using all channels, such as Email, SMS, Push, recorded calls, and more.
• Create and execute automated customers journeys
• Monitor and analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and maintain customer data (creating and crediting bonuses)
• Collaborate with sport manager and design team to create campaigns for customers across multiple channels

We require:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in CRM,
• Marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools
• Knowledge of email marketing/email campaigns
• iGaming knowledge is always a plus!
