Essential Job Function
- Organize, direct, coordinate, and plan all contract activities
- Interface with client management such as the COR and TA
- Assign, schedule, and provide configuration control and quality assurance of deliverables
- Establish and alter program organization to provide effective contract support
- Ensure conformance to task specifications and contract provisions
- Monitor all funds distributed by the Government and provide advice on funding strategies
- Process and execute funds, including to any subcontractors, in a timely manner and provide invoicing on a monthly basis
- Deliver a Quality Control Program (QCP) within ten (10) calendar days after contract award
- Provide monthly deliverables and Monthly Status Reports (MSR) no later than the 15th business day of the month
- Lead and manage efforts to recruit, retain, discipline, or terminate Contractor employees
- Have daily or weekly interaction with the COR to ensure satisfactory progress
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
- Master’s degree in a technical or management discipline
- At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience
- At least ten (10) years managing complex DoD projects involving a large number of people in subordinate groups
- Experience supporting the Joint Staff, OSD, Service HQ, or CCMD HQ
- Familiarity with Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) mission areas
- Experience with CPFF or cost-reimbursement contract management
