Assessment Materials Administrator

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office at least two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM Manila time, supporting UK operating hours; with some flexibility on these hours on office days

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 24,000 to 30,000 to apply.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Assessment Materials team. What will you do as an Assessment Materials Administrator?

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help ensure assessment materials move smoothly and accurately through the production lifecycle. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain and process data to support workflow accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support copyright administration by progressing applications and clearance activities.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and keep tasks moving.
