Business Operations Associate

Finance & Reconciliation

Conduct financial reconciliations for insurance transactions with external partners (e.g., Shopee), including investigation and resolution of discrepancies, refund cases and operational gaps.

Act as the go-to person for operational issues including technical errors, policy processing issues, and system concerns

Coordinate with Product Managers and Tech teams to investigate and resolve escalations

Project & Product Support

Lead and support project execution from initiation to closure, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation

Support product growth initiatives and operational improvements

Develop understanding of products to support escalation handling and issue resolution

Marketing & Campaign Execution

Support end-to-end marketing campaign execution

Coordinate with Marketing team and designers for asset preparation and campaign setup

Ensure proper alignment of campaigns with business objectives

Market & Strategy Support

Conduct market and competitor research to support business and product decisions

Provide insights to support strategic planning and improvements

Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with terms and conditions

Liaise with external partners to resolve discrepancies and operational concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate (Business, Management or related field preferred)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing or sales operations is a plus.
