About the Role

We are looking for a Technology & Innovations Officer who will take ownership of our technology backbone—driving automation, securing our systems, and enabling scalable growth.

This role is designed for a hands-on builder who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys solving real operational problems, and can work closely with a lean, high-performing team.

You will play a critical role in shaping how we use technology to improve efficiency, strengthen security, and enhance the overall client and team experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Automation

• Identify, design, and implement automation solutions across core business workflows
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual processes and turnaround times
• Integrate systems and tools to streamline data flow and reporting

2. Network & Cybersecurity

• Maintain and secure company networks, systems, and endpoints
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, monitoring, and risk mitigation protocols
• Ensure data protection, access control, and compliance with relevant standards

3. IT Management

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, and user support
• Manage vendor relationships and technology providers
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and scalability as the company grows

4. Web Development

• Maintain and enhance the company websites and digital platforms
• Support development of internal tools, dashboards, or client-facing features
• Collaborate with internal teams on digital initiatives and improvements

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate of a technology-related course (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT, systems, or technology roles
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward execution and ownership
• Able to operate effectively within a lean team setup
• Willing to work 100% onsite

Core Technical Requirements

• Experience in process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs, scripting)
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices
• Proficiency in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms)
• Strong understanding of systems integration and IT operations
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) to:
• Automate workflows and repetitive tasks
• Generate and optimize code, scripts, and documentation
• Enhance decision-making through data analysis and insights
• Improve overall operational efficiency
