Your activities

• Entwicklung, Auswahl und Qualifizierung innovativer Herstellungsverfahren für thermische Massenstromsensoren – von Prototyp bis Serie
• Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption von Fertigungslösungen für Rapid Prototyping und Serienproduktion
• Technische und wirtschaftliche Bewertung, Auswahl und Beschaffung von Prozessequipment
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Entwicklungs-, Produktions- und externen Industriepartnern
• Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung nach Kaizen- und Six-Sigma-Prinzipien
• Beobachtung und Bewertung neuer Fertigungstechnologien hinsichtlich industrieller Anwendbarkeit

Your profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
• Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Industrialisierung hochpräziser Fertigungsprozesse
• Gute Kenntnisse in mechanischen Mikrofertigungsverfahren, idealerweise Mikrospulenwicklung und -handling
• Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit zwischen R&D, Produktion und Lieferanten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Präzise, eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
