What You'll Do
- Design and deliver individualized treatment plans that honor each client's unique strengths and needs.
- Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and evidence-based strategy, to promote growth and reduce barriers.
- Partner with families, caregivers, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep each child on track toward success.
- Empower caregivers with tools and training to support learning at home and in the community.
- Stay current with best practices and innovations in autism intervention.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or another related field (required).
- Autism Specialist Certification (completion required before start date).
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
