• DESCRIPTION**: Responsible for the deburring and trimming of sheet

metal aluminum parts per Customers engineering drawings and

specifications.

• RESPONSIBILITIES**:
• Perform visual inspection of manufactured parts and traveler
• Confirm material specifications as given on traveler
• Verify accuracy of job and workmanship when performing jobs
• Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
• Maintain specifications by troubleshooting processes and detecting

malfunctions

• Verify profile, pilot holes and cutouts are clean of scratches and

burrs

• Operate assigned hand tools such as die grinders to ensure accuracy

of parts

• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and

different requests

• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
