Project Manager - Travel Retail Experienced

The Role:

As a Project Manager specializing in Travel Retail Activations & In-Store PPOSM, you will be the central hub between our creative vision, our clients, and the physical reality in-store. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from concept to installation, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead the entire lifecycle of Travel Retail activations (Airports, Cruise Lines, Duty-Free) and in-store furniture (POSM) projects.
• Strategic Execution: Translate creative concepts into viable, technical, and high-quality solutions for furniture and instore branding.
• Production Oversight: Manage the entire production process, including sourcing materials and suppliers, factory coordination, quality control, and supervising the final installation.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and meticulously manage project budgets, timelines, and specifications, ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Account Management) and external partners (clients, suppliers, fabricators) to ensure flawless alignment and communication.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail activations, instore furniture, or POSM production.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects in Travel Retail or high-end retail environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of materials, fabrication processes (woodwork, metalwork, composites, etc.), and retail safety standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• A problem-solving mindset, an obsession for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide internal teams and external partners.
