Track Digital is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency helping clients scale their businesses through high-performing social media and paid advertising campaigns. We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team.
In this role, you’ll own the strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll focus on delivering strong ROI, lead generation, and sales growth for our clients while staying ahead of platform updates and best practices. You'll need to be a swiss army knife in all things digital marketing.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (hybrid) role based in Nashville, TN, for a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to meet client goals such as lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand awareness, and ROAS targets.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to build high-converting campaigns.
- Manage daily campaign performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing of ad creatives, and scaling winning strategies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and other tools to ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to clients and the internal team through regular reports and meetings.
- Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with Google and Meta platform changes, policy updates, and new features to maintain compliance and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues such as ad disapprovals and implement remarketing/retargeting strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in direct Social Media Marketing and Google Ads management, with a strong understanding of trend analysis and platform optimization.
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Marketing with proven success in achieving measurable growth
- Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools and leveraging data for actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and meet deadlines effectively
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in a leadership role managing digital marketing campaigns and teams
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
