What's In It For You
The Service Sales Coordinator role is a support role for our Service Sales and Service Fulfillment teams that focuses primarily on ensuring the efficient and accurate booking of Service work. This role is part of the Client Services Team which is made up of Service Sales Coordinators, Service Estimators, and Client Service Representatives throughout the Southeast Region (NC, SC, TN, AL, GA). This specific role opening would support the Commercial Sales Offices in our Tennessee area (Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga).
What You Will Do
- Assist in finding, entering, editing and managing critical data on Opportunities. (Site, Owning Company, Equipment, etc.)
- Prepares transition documents and communicates project readiness for assignment to operations team.
- Responsible for obtaining and verifying proper credit approvals and tax documents prior to transitioning service work to the operations team.
- Responsible for adhering to all compliance policies to keep document integrity for audit purposes (Level of Authority, PO Acknowledgements, Validation Requirements, etc.)
- Orders FOE materials and effectively communicates shipping information to the service operations teams.
- Owns the data preparation and management for the Service Agreement Renewal process including the preparation of opportunities, estimates, proposals, and service agreement performance.
- Maintains accurate Account Manager commission assignments in software systems based on direction from Sales Leaders.
- Builds estimates for Extended Start-Up Program and Local Labor Warranties.
- Participate in and contribute to lean improvement activities.
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
