Job Title: AI Developer (Hybrid)
Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

Job Overview:
Manage company-wide AI training initiative that blends platform governance with employee enablement. Build production-grade agentic AI solutions (including “agents that generate agents”), serve as the SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude enablement, and coach teams to adopt AI safely and measurably.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI enablement: drive adoption, training, and culture change with measurable outcomes.
- Coach users and scale through champions: enable “player-coaches,” run office hours/demos, and help teams identify high-value use cases while modeling responsible AI.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude SME: expand and optimize Copilot usage across roles; guide best practices and approved extension/integration patterns.
- Build agentic AI solutions: ship tool-using agents and workflows that improve real business processes.
- Build an “agent factory”: reusable scaffolding/templates to generate and standardize agents/workflows from structured requirements.
- Governance by default: implement evaluation/telemetry, monitoring, and guardrails (data privacy, auditability).
Qualifications
- 3+ years software engineering experience and/or relevant college coursework.
- Experience delivering GenAI solutions with evaluation + monitoring/telemetry and operational rigor.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and coach users (technical + non-technical).
- Strong Responsible AI mindset: governance, data privacy, and secure usage patterns.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred
- Hands-on enterprise experience enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude code/cowork.
- Experience operating an AI intake/prioritization cadence.
