Senior AI/ML Developer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned AI/ML Developer with expertise in both traditional machine learning and cutting-edge LLMs. You’ll design scalable systems, build and fine-tune models, and deploy production-ready ML/LLM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ML/LLM systems and pipelines.
• Develop and optimize models across ML, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Deploy solutions at scale using cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and set best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML/AI development and system design.
• Strong Python skills; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG).
• Expertise in deploying ML/LLM solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
