  • Manage scheduling to keep the day running smoothly
  • Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and personality
  • Coordinate with providers and teammates to support excellent care
  • Handle check-in/check-out, payments, and patient updates
  • Follow up on missed appointments and support patient communication
  • Help keep the front office organized and running beautifully

Requirements

  • 1+ year in dental, medical, or hospitality (or eager to learn!)
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
