Job Summary:
This role provides critical support across Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including configuration management, installation planning, sustainment, and lifecycle logistics documentation.
You’ll contribute to acquisition, development, procurement, testing, fielding, and sustainment efforts across communications and navigation systems for both afloat and ashore Navy platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support for ILS planning across 12 logistics elements (supply support, maintenance planning, training, etc.)
Support system design reviews, ILS certifications, provisioning, and sparing plans
Develop logistics documentation including technical manuals, training materials, and maintenance records
Track milestone adherence and input into installation databases (e.g., SAILOR)
Interface with Product Support Managers (PSMs), Assistant Program Managers (APMs), and other Government leads
Participate in ILSMTs, PSRs, ILAs, and other program support meetings
Provide regular updates through briefs, reports, and data calls as required by the COR
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field
7+ years of relevant logistics experience, including Navy or DoD acquisition programs
Strong knowledge of DoD ILS elements, logistics data systems, and sustainment planning
Proficiency with logistics systems such as CDMD-OA, SAILOR, CMPRO, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience with documentation development (manuals, provisioning, training materials)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Five years of demonstrated warehouse experience performing materiel management functions including materiel receipt at a warehouse, issue, Care of Supply in Storage COSIS), and reconcile discrepancies identified during physical inventory
Demonstrated experience supervising a team of at least 10 warehouse employees.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess an active SECRET security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS) as required
Familiarity with Navy modernization processes and NAVWAR/PEO C4I policy preferred
Demonstrated experience working in DoD Systems
Applications and Products (SAP) for warehouse management
