What You Will Do
As a Business & Technology Consultant, you work on complex transformation challenges in the energy domain, where business, technology and operations come together. You will be part of a core, senior team and contribute to projects that require both analytical thinking and practical execution.
In this role, you will:
- Support the translation of business and system challenges into structured analyses and concrete improvement initiatives.
- Work on topics such as process optimisation, digitalisation, data & reporting, IT/OT-related change and organisational impact.
- Develop robust, well-founded deliverables that are used in decision-making and implementation – not just presentations.
- Collaborate closely with client teams and Magnus colleagues, learning how to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Take responsibility for clearly scoped tasks or work packages, with guidance from senior consultants.
- Build your professional skills through on-the-job learning, feedback and collaboration with experienced transformation specialists and technical advisors across Europe.
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Technology, Energy or a related discipline) with excellent grades.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, transformation projects or complex organisational environments.
- Interest in business and technology-driven change, such as digital transformation, process improvement or technology-related initiatives.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills, with attention to quality and detail.
- The ability to work effectively in team-based and client-facing settings.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility for your own development.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (C1)
